Getting startedHow do I begin?#
Choose a username, save the one-time recovery code somewhere private, then follow the bowl tutorial. Tap or click to drop rice and land it in the bowl.
Username rulesWhy was my username rejected?#
Names must be unique and respectful. Do not use private information.
Recovery codesWhat does my recovery code do?#
It is the only credential that can restore your profile. Keep it private: Flawless Gaming Studios cannot retrieve a lost plaintext recovery code. Never send it to Support. A successful recovery rotates it, so save the new code.
Cloud saves and offline playCan I play offline?#
Yes. Local saving continues offline and online work retries later.
Browser supportWhich browser should I use?#
Use a current desktop or mobile browser with WebGL 2, WebAssembly and persistent browser storage enabled. Chromium and Firefox are tested candidates.
Performance/loadingThe game is slow or stuck loading—what now?#
Close heavy tabs, disable forced battery saving for the browser, check storage space, refresh once and try a current browser. If the problem persists, include the stage where loading stopped in a bug report.
LeaderboardsWhy is my rank missing or delayed?#
Only accepted authenticated statistic batches count. Moderated profiles may be hidden and service interruptions can delay display.
Profile deletionCan deletion be undone?#
No. Deletion removes account credentials and cloud saves and permanently retires the exact username.
Reporting abusive usernamesHow do I report an abusive or impersonating name?#
Provide the public profile ID if available. Do not repeat harmful text more than needed.
Bug reportingWhat makes a useful bug report?#
Include browser, platform, what you did, what you expected and what happened. Never include recovery codes, session tokens or API secrets.
